Products & Specifications
We offer various types of corrugated board machines including Oblique Type Single Profile Paper Corrugating Machine, High Speed Double Profile Paper Corrugating Machine, and Double Profile Fingerless High Speed Corrugating Machine. Each is designed for different production needs and capacities.
Single Profile machines have one set of flute rolls and are ideal for standard 2-ply corrugated roll production. Double Profile machines have two sets of flute rolls (typically B and C flute options) allowing for more versatility in production. The Fingerless High Speed variant offers even higher production speeds up to 40 meters per minute.
Our corrugating machines have various capacities depending on the model. The Double Profile Fingerless High Speed model can reach speeds of 32-40 meters per minute depending on paper type and heat settings. Our standard machines are available in widths from 36" to 72" to suit different production requirements.
Power requirements vary by machine and size. For example, our Oblique Type Single Profile machines range from 5H.P. to 10H.P. depending on size, with heating loads from 27KW to 36KW. Our Sheet Pasting Machines require only 0.5H.P. to 1H.P. Specific power requirements for each machine size are detailed in our product specifications.
Yes, we offer a complete range of machinery for the entire box manufacturing process.
